COVID-19 Long Haulers Support Group
COVID-19 Long Hauler’s Support Group is hosted every other Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The group is structured to bring COVID-19 survivors who continue to experience a variety of symptoms post recovery from the virus, together for the sake of emotional support as well as teaching various skills participants may use in relationship to their condition. The primary goal is to address the psychological and social consequences of experiencing what is now term “long COVID-19” or “long haulers”.
The group is led by Maria D. Medina-Whitfield, LCSW and is an open, virtual support group.
