Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

Ochsner offers a free, virtual breastfeeding class to all expectant parents and their partners. This class is designed to teach the basics of breastfeeding including the benefits, early feeding, positioning, latching on and milk production. You will learn about breast anatomy, hormones, the importance of exclusive breast milk feeding and how to prepare for common concerns.
